First Trimester (week 1- week 12)

The first trimester is the initial days of your pregnancy. In this duration, your body experiences a lot of changes. In the early weeks, the pregnancy will not show much out of the body but the lady experiences a lot of hormonal changes.

Third Trimester (week 29- week 40)

You may find breathing difficulties in the third trimester. This is because the baby is growing bigger. Some of the discomforts of the second trimester will also continue. All these discomforts will over once you give birth to your baby.

Changes in the Baby

At the beginning of the trimester, the baby bones are fully formed but still soft. You can feel forceful kicks. After 4 to 5 weeks, your baby is about 16 to 19 inches and it has less space for movement.

In the 39th week, the baby is considered full grown and all the organs are ready to work outside the womb. When your due date is near, the baby turns to head-down position for birth.
