Arimidex-Anastrozole

Arimidex lowers bone mineral density, which may enhance your chance of developing osteoporosis. Your bone mineral density may require to be checked before and while treatment with this medicine. FDA pregnancy category D. Do not apply Arimidex if you are pregnant. It could offend the unborn baby. Apply effective birth control, and inform your doctor if you become pregnant while treatment. It has been said that anastrozole passes into breast milk or if it could offend a nursing baby.

You should not breast-feed while you are applying Arimidex.

Each blister contains 14 tablets, and two blisters per pack (2 x 14), total 28 tablets per pack. Generic version of ARIMIDEX will be shipped.

Dosage and direction

Follow all instructions of your doctor about treatment and dosing schedule. Do not take more of this medication than it was administered to you. Take once daily.

Warning & Precautions

You should not apply Arimidex if you are breast-feeding a baby, if you are allergic to anastrozole or if you have not yet done menopause. Arimidex is not for apply in children or men.

To assure you can safely use Arimidex, inform your doctor if you have any of these other conditions:

1. Heart disease

2. Circulation problems

3. A history of stroke or blood clot

4. Severe liver disease

5. High cholesterol

6. Osteoporosis or low bone mineral density

You may require to take a pregnancy test before applying Arimidex, to assure you are not pregnant.

Side effects

The most frequent side effects include sings of allergy (hives, skin rash, facial swelling and difficulty breathing) together with sudden
headache, confusion, problems with vision, speech, or balance, sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side of the body, a bone fracture, swollen glands, swelling in your hands or feet. Rare and not so serious adverse reactions such as hot flashes, sore throat, weakness,back pain, bone pain, nausea are also possible.

Storage

Store at room temperature between 20-25 C (68-77 F). Store away from
moisture, heat, and sunlight. It is not recommended to store in a
bathroom and places available for children.
