General Instructions for Using Bimatoprost for Eyelash Growth Serum

Store this medicine in a cool and dry place and away from the reach of small children.

Pregnant women, or who are planning to become pregnant should not take this medication. It is not recommended to be used by the breast-feeding women, or who have some eye-infection, swelling, inflammation or some kind of injury.

It is advised to consult your doctor before starting to take Bimatoprost eye drops. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to any food or drug or will be having eye surgery.

It is not advised to be used by the patients with known allergy to bimatoprost or any other inactive ingredients present with this medicine.

Warnings

Contact Lenses

This form of solution is not recommended to be used if you are wearing soft contact lenses. The lenses should be removed prior to the administration of the bimatoprost eyelash growth and can be worn again after 15 minutes of application.

Bacterial Keratitis

If bacteria contaminate this solution, then it can lead to an infection of Cornea. Patients are recommended to take all hygienic precautions to ensure that the solution is not contaminated.

Eyelash Changes and Pigmentation

It can cause some changes in the eyelashes by using this medicine such as increased length, thickness, pigmentation and inadequate growth of eyelashes, etc. It may also change eye colour by increasing the amount of brown pigment.

Use in Pediatrics

Children below the age of 16 are not advised to use this product because of safety and efficacy.

Machine Operations

This medicine may cause blurred vision in some patients. Thus, it is advised not to perform any such activities involving driving vehicles or operating machinery.

Dosage of Bimatoprost
