Cialis is prescribed for patients with sexual disorders caused by erectile dysfunction and a lack of genital response to sexual stimulation. In 2011, Cialis successfully completed clinical tests and confirmed its effectiveness in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and erectile dysfunction (ED).

Fatty food and alcohol do not affect the pharmacokinetics of Cialis, so its simultaneous intake doesn’t affect the effectiveness of the drug. Due to the prolonged half-life of tadalafil, Cialis is allowed to be taken long before the onset of intimate contact (tadalafil activity continues up to 48 hours).
