Vidalista belongs to a modern generation of medicines intended to treat erection problems (erectile dysfunction). Anxiety, feelings and depressive states, as well as various functional disorders in a man’s body, including natural aging, can have a significant negative effect on men’s sexual health.
Vidalista shows excellent results in men of all ages no matter the etiology of erectile dysfunction. The medication is made by the Indian company Centurion Labs, which widely known both in the USA and Europe. Vidalista is considered one of the most powerful generics of tadalafil for the treatment of erectile dysfunction because it contains twice as much active substance as the famous Cialis.
Lately, tadalafil-containing drugs have significantly expanded their field of purpose and have occupied new arias of application, including the part of the complex treatment of prostatitis and pulmonary arterial hypertension. Still, the primary purpose of tadalafil is to treat erectile dysfunction, where tadalafil occupies a leading position in sales of PDE5 inhibitors.

Method of action
The physiological process of erection with the help of tadalafil is associated with the release of nitric oxide in the cavernous body of the penis, which prevents the outflow of blood from the penis and leads to its erection.
The drug can be taken even a day before sexual contact without loss of effectiveness. Patients should take Vidalista in advance at least 30 minutes before planned sexual intercourse. Fatty foods do not affect bioavailability and pharmacokinetics of tadalafil and can be used without special restrictions. The maximum recommended dose of tadalafil is 20 mg per day, the duration of the drug is up to 40 hours.
Interaction with alcohol
In clinical studies, alcohol, in small quantities (up to 1.5 g/l of ethanol in the blood), did not show any undesirable or additive effects when taken together with tadalafil. However, large doses of alcohol (more than 2 g/l) significantly increased the hypotensive properties of each other, which led to an increase in the frequency of fainting conditions, dizziness, and headache.
